Storage & Tips
- I find that it is best to make this when you are ready to frost your cupcakes. You can store it in the fridge and make in advance but it does not spread as easily when it is cold.
- Use flat frosting tool to spread gently on cooled cupcakes
- Store frosted cupcakes in the fridge until you’re ready to serve, take them out 20/30 minutes ahead of serving to allow the frosting to come to room temp.
- These disposable cupcake carriers are amazing, and they have come in handy for transporting muffins as well.
