What You’ll Need
- Baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Sharp knife or pizza cutter

Ingredients
- pepperoni slices
- hot honey
- 1 pkg puff pastry (2 rolls)
- 1 pkg finely shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 oz. ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg for egg wash
- 1 tbsp water for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Sprinkle clean work surface with all-purpose flour to prevent dough from sticking to the surface.
- Roll out each puff pastry roll separately into even rectangles
- Mix 1/2 cup ricotta cheese with 1 cup finely shredded mozzarella
- Cut lengthwise every 2-3 inches, then make the same cut across, creating 2–3-inch squares
- Top each square with a drizzle of hot honey, 2 slices of pepperoni, 1- 1.5 tsp ricotta/mozzarella cheese mixture. Fold over by bringing one corner over creating a triangle. Gently press edges together
- Make egg wash, add one egg and 1 tablespoon water to a small bowl and whisk together
- Place triangles about 1 inch apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush lightly with egg wash and bake for 15 minutes or until golden
